Look who’s back in town. Sumac, the band that features former Isis vocalist/guitarist Aaron Turner, Baptists drummer Nick Yacyshyn, and (sometimes) Brian Cook of Russian Circles, recently announced their new album What One Becomes.
Sumac will be going on tour with Black Spirituals early next year, with Endon on the first leg of dates. The trek will go down the West Coast and through the Southwest.
Yep, the band that features former Isis vocalist/guitarist Aaron Turner, Baptists drummer Nick Yacyshyn, and (sometimes) Brian Cook of Russian Circles are writing material again. They’ve been hashing out songs for a follow up to their debut album The Deal that came out earlier this year.
In addition to touring with Neurosis in August, SUMAC will be doing a string of headlining dates in the Midwest and the East Coast.
