Storm Corrosion, featuring Opeth’s Mikael Akerfeldt and Porcupine Tree’s Steven Wilson, have now set a May 7th release date for their self-titled debut album overseas, which presumably will hit North American streets on May 8th via Roadrunner.

The band’s forthcoming self-titled album is due overseas on April 23rd, and presumably April 24th in North America.
Opeth mastermind Mikael Åkerfeldt and Porcupine Tree’s Steven Wilson have completed work on a project dubbed Storm Corrosion. A self-titled album is expected out in April.
