You know that new band Wovenwar, featuring Oh, Sleeper guitarist/vocalist Shane Blay with members of As I Lay Dying? They’ll be making their live debut this summer over in Europe and will also be releasing their debut album in the coming months through Metal Blade.
Since As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis is facing up to nine years in prison, the remaining members of the band have decided to do their own thing, forming a new band with Oh, Sleeper guitarist/vocalist Shane Blay.
As it turns out, As I Lay Dying won’t be finding a new singer to replace Tim Lambesis. Instead they’re going on hiatus and the remaining members have started a new project with Oh Sleeper guitarist Shane Blay. And wait… there’s more.
Oh, Sleeper will hit the road in September with Sirens and Sailors on select dates.
A new Oh, Sleeper track titled “Death From Above,” featuring a guest appearance by Falling In Reverse guitarist Jacky Vincent, has been released.
