Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine), Mike Shinoda (Linkin Park), and Daron Malakian (System of a Down), are amongst a handful of artists to appear on Cypress Hill’s forthcoming album, “Rise Up”. The record is scheduled to be released on April 6th.
Linkin Park have released a video for the track “Not Alone”. The song was written for “Download To Donate For Haiti”, a compilation to benefit the victims of last month’s earthquake devastation. The video can be seen below.
According to Mike Shinoda’s website, Linkin Park will debut a new song through an upcoming iPhone application. The application, called “Linkin Park: 8-Bit Rebellion”, is a game in which users “have been chosen by the rebellion to solve a mystery. Items have been stolen from the six leaders of the rebellion. Collecting these items is the rebellion’s only hope to thwarting the plans of the evil PixxelKorp.”
The application is scheduled to be released at the end of January.
