For Record Store Day this past weekend, Robotic Empire released yet another Nirvana tribute album — this time a complete covers record of Nevermind, where a bunch of rad bands got together and did renditions of songs off the monumental opus.

It’s hard to imagine that Nirvana’s album Nevermind came out in 1991 — back in the day when we were little shits and some of you weren’t even born. Of course today you can’t even turn on the radio without hearing a track off the monumental record. How many times can they play “Smells Like Teen Spirit” anyway?
Last year Robotic Empire put out a really cool Nirvana covers album that included a bunch of sweet bands covering songs off In Utero. Next month the label will be release yet another Nirvana tribute — a complete covers album of Nevermind. Oh man, wait til you see who’s on it.
LA DISPUTE & TITLE FIGHT to Tour
La Dispute and Title Fight will co-headline a tour in late March with The Hotelier as support.
If you’ve been waiting for La Dispute’s third studio album Rooms of the House, we know you’re thrilled that it’s coming out next week. The album was recorded with Will Yip (Title Fight, Balance and Composure) and will hit streets next Tuesday (March 18th).
