October is going to be a wild month for Frameworks. The band will be heading overseas next week to tour Europe and the UK with The Saddest Landscape, supporting the latest reissue of their 2013 EP Small Victories and their upcoming split 7″ with The Saddest Landscape.
That Frameworks band is something else. The group put out their full-length debut album Loom earlier this year, and they spent most of August touring the US with United Nations. What a way to spend the summer right?
So much yes. Frameworks will be going overseas for their first European tour this fall with The Saddest Landscape and The Tidal Sleep. They’ll hit a few spots in the UK and will make their way across Germany, France, and Belgium.
We asked Geoff Rickly if it was a humbling experience playing in a successful band when we interviewed Thursday in 2009. “I think it’s a little of both,” he said. “Sometimes it makes you feel great about yourself because there are all these people singing, but other times you haven’t showered in three days because you can’t — and that’s very humbling.”
