Fear Factory will be releasing a special Tool Box version of their new album, “Mechanize”, on February 19th. The box will include the Digipak CD, carpenter pencil, hammer, screwdriver, calliper, folding rule, measuring tape, patch (12 x 5cm), poster DIN A2 (folded to A4), and a certificate with serial number and sticker DIN A5.
“Mechanize” is due in stores on February 9th.
Fear Factory will be shooting a video for the song “Fear Campaign” today in Los Angeles with directors Ian McFarland and Mike Pecci (Meshuggah, God Forbid), with producer Ryan Kohler. The video is expected to be completed in mid-January.
The band’s forthcoming album, “Mechanize”, is due out February 5th in Europe and February 9th in North America.
In addition to their dates on the 2010 Big Day Out festival, Fear Factory have added two Australian headlining dates. Dates are as follows:
Jan 18 Sydney, Australia @ Manning Bar
Jan 27 Melbourne, Australia @ The Prince Bandroom
Fear Factory have been confirmed for Big Day Out 2010. The festival is scheduled for January 15th at Mount Smart Stadium in Auckland, New Zealand.
