Converge and Drop Dead will self-release their split 7″ EP on June 21 in both vinyl and digital formats.
Recorded at Kurt Ballou’s God City Studios in early 2011, and mastered by John Golden (Neurosis, Melvins), the effort will feature the track “Runaway” from Converge, and Drop Dead’s “Paths of Glory”.
Converge has added more dates to its upcoming US run with Trap Them and Burning Love. The band has also made amendments to its June European tour. The revised itinerary follows:
In addition to writing a new album due out on Epitaph/Deathwish, Converge will self-release a split 7″ EP with Drop Dead, tentatively available at upcoming US shows.
In other news, the band is currently at work on a DVD expected out later this year.
