Deftones will be launching an online auction benefiting The Chi Cheng Special Needs Trust today at 12pm PST. Featured items include a signed ESP guitar from Metallica, a John Dolmayan (System of a Down) autographed personal Tama drum kit, signed gear from Deftones, and so on. The auction will take place at CharityBuzz.com/BenefitforChi.
Deftones and CharityBuzz.com will be holding a three week online auction to raise money for Chi Cheng starting November 17th. Further details are to be released on Monday afternoon.

One year since Chi Cheng accident
A year ago today, Deftones bassist Chi Cheng was involved in an automobile accident that has since left him in a coma. You can find up-to-date information on his condition, as well as donate to his fundraiser here.
Due to an overwhelming demand from fans, Deftones have added a second benefit show for Chi Cheng at the Avalon in Hollywood, CA on November 20th. Tickets may be purchased here.
