Candiria is in the studio working on their next full-length album.
The effort is expected to include collaborations with former The Mars Volta saxophonist/percussionist Adrián Terrazas González and Mr. Bungle/Fantomas bassist Trevor Dunn.
A 2012 release is slated.

Candiria Recording New Album
Candiria will enter this studio over the weekend to begin tracking an album due out spring 2011. More details to come.
Candiria have released a remix of the song, “Red Eye Flight”, on Myspace.
The track will appear on the band’s upcoming remix/rarities offering, “Toying With The Insanities III”, due out in May.
Candiria will be releasing “Toying With The Insanities III”, the third installment of the band’s remix and rare tracks series, in late March or early April. The band commented:
“There are some really incredible remixes on this one and some really super dope original tracks as well. Artwork is in the works and so far so good. Not quite sure if this will wind up on vinyl or cd…Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.”
