What a mess it’s been for Boyfrndz the past month. The band’s van and trailer got jacked with all of their gear in late March, and they weren’t sure if they were going to be able to continue with their current US tour supporting their new album Breeder. Somehow through donations and fan support the band managed to stay afloat, and they’re over on the East Coast right now for the second half of their national trek.
This is a serious bummer. Boyfrndz had their van and trailer stolen this morning in San Francisco and lost all of their gear. The van was parked on 1501 Grove St. and was stolen sometime between 1am-7am PST.
Austin, TX based band Boyfrndz are the biz right now. Their new album Breeder comes out on April 1st, and the joke’s on you if you don’t get hip to this. Right now they’re currently trekking across the US supporting the effort.
