Yeah, our hopes were up too. But it seems like Wade MacNeil may have jumped the gun when he said that Alexisonfire was back together at Riot Fest in Toronto this past weekend.
That’s what guitarist Wade MacNeil said at Riot Fest in Toronto over the weekend. Alexisonfire are officially back together. Foreva eva apparently.
It’s been many moons since Alexisonfire went in hiatus. The band pulled the plug in 2011 and did a farewell tour the following year; and aside from the box set they put out for Christmas a couple years ago it didn’t seem like a future was possible.
