A Day To Remember won a huge lawsuit against Victory Records this week. An Illinois federal jury sided with the band and released them from their 2006 recording contract with the label, awarding the members $4 million of withheld proceeds from music and merch sales.
It was their first time playing Warped Tour ever. Yesterday Linkin Park made a surprise appearance to a massive crowd at Warped Tour in Ventura, CA, performing with a guest on every song, including members of Finch, A Day To Remember, and The Devil Wears Prada.
A Day To Remember are going to headline the Parks & Devastation tour with Bring Me The Horizon and Chiodos as support.
Every Time I Die will join A Day To Remember on their UK/European tour early next year.
A Day To Remember’s new album Common Courtesy will be released this fall.
