100 ONCES to Tour Eastern Europe
100 Onces will be heading out on an Eastern European tour later this summer.
Strawberry Girls (ex-Dance Gavin Dance) and 100 Onces will be doing a batch of SoCal shows in April.
Back six months ago when we premiered the 100 Onces song “Etch-a-Sketch Orchestra,” a few voices spoke out that said the guitar riff bore a striking resemblance to The Faceless’ track “Planetary Duality.”
Of all the bands on the rise that are worth knowing about, 100 Onces deserves your undivided attention. Pronounced “once is” (not ounces), the Los Angeles power duo has made quite an impression on the music scene with several DIY tours across the US and UK. Subtly reminiscent of the band Hella, the mathy/punk rock group have shared the stage with acts like Russian Circles, Tera Melos, Trioscapes (BTBAM) among others, and recently made their first appearance at ArcTanGent festival in the UK this past summer.
