Tim Lambesis to Have Court Hearing Today

As I Lay Dying’s Tim Lambesis will have a court hearing today to see whether he will stand trial on charges of attempting to hire a hitman to kill his estranged wife.

His preliminary hearing will be in San Diego Superior Court.

Lambesis has been out on $2 million bail since May. If convicted of charges, he could face up to nine years in prison.
