Mutoid Man releasing War Moans album + summer tour dates

by | Apr 4, 2017

Could you ask for anything more? The mighty Mutoid Man have finally revealed details for their third studio album War Moans. The guest appearances are pretty cool too.

War Moans is a follow-up to the group’s 2015 record Bleeder. It was recorded with Kurt Ballou (Converge) and features 12 tracks of “frantic, ferocious, no-frills metal.” Something we can totally get down with.

Now let’s talk about those guest appearances. The album sees cameos from Adam McGrath of Cave In on “Irons in the Fire,” Chelsea Wolfe and longtime collaborator Ben Chisholm on “Wreck and Survive” and “Bandages.” Plus thrash icon Marty Friedman on the band’s new single “Melt Your Mind” (which you can hear below).

Oh, and be sure to catch them touring this summer with Helms Alee.

War Moans comes out June 2nd through Sargent House.
