You Might Wanna Stop & Hear this new JUNIUS Song

by | Jan 27, 2017

It’s from their new album Eternal Rituals for the Accretion of Light, their first new music in three years. And it sounds epic af.

The new record is a 10-track effort that completes the band’s conceptual trilogy, which started with 2009’s The Martyrdom of a Catastrophist, followed by 2011’s Reports from the Threshold of Death. And much of it was inspired by Elisabeth Haich’s autobiography Initiation. (We had to Google it too)

More on the album… well, it was written entirely by vocalist/guitarist Joseph E. Martinez. And it was recorded with producer Will Benoit — who’s done stuff with Caspian and Rosetta. Let’s not forget guest appearances by Drew Speziale of Circle Takes the Square and Gian Minardi, formerly of General Public.

Here’s the track “The Queen’s Constellation.”

Eternal Rituals for the Accretion of Light is due March 3rd through Prosthetic.
