INTRONAUT are Releasing their Fifth Album “The Direction Of Last Things”

by | Aug 19, 2015

It’s been a couple years since Intronaut put out their album Habitual Levitations (Instilling Words with Tones). Now the band are on course to releasing their fifth studio album, which was mixed by Devin Townsend, called The Direction Of Last Things.

Frontman Sacha Dunable said this about the album:

I don’t care how cliché it is to say; this is our best record yet! This is Intronaut at our most technical, brutal, catchy, and straight up fearless. I haven’t been this proud of an album since we recorded our first demo 10 years ago. We took a somewhat unusual approach and tracked most of it live over the course of four days, then handed it off to Devin Townsend to mix. The result is pure magic. Prepare your earholes for fornication.

This fall the band will be supporting the record on a North American trek with Between The Buried And Me, Enslaved, and Native Contruct.

A new song from the record will be making its way online soon.

The Direction Of Last Things will be available on November 13th via Century Media Records.
