American Carnage Dates, Canadian Carnage Rescheduled, Testament Added

Tour dates for the American Carnage Tour featuring Slayer, Megadeth and Testament have been released. Additionally, dates for the Canadian Carnage Tour have been rescheduled after originally being postponed due to a severe back injury of Slayer’s Tom Araya. Dates are as follows:
