More All Human (ex-Fear Before) Than Human — A New Album is Happening

by | Jun 3, 2014

Get ready to shake dem buns, kids! Because a new album from All Human is underway. If you’ve been following us for a while you know that we fell head over heels for the band’s 2012′s debut Catholic Guilt or the Queerest of Thoughts, placing it at #3 on our Best Releases of 2012. What did we say it was — “immoral and intoxicating?” That’s just the way we like it.

Masterminded by former Fear Before guitarist Adam Rupert Fisher, the band is in the middle of tracking their sophomore effort. The group recently recruited Trophy Scars’ Brian Ferrara to handle drum duties on the record, and the opus will also feature an appearance by Angela Jane Bachmann (if you saw HRVRD play at Bonnerhaus a couple years ago, she was the opener; she also plays in Surf Riot).

Oh, and we can’t mentioned Fisher without bringing up Orbs, another band he’s in with Dan Briggs of Between The Buried And Me/Trioscapes. You’ve heard us boast about them before right? Word on the street is that Orbs will also be releasing their sophomore album sometime this year. Our fingers are so crossed.

Here’s a stream of  Catholic Guilt or the Queerest of Thoughts in its entirety, as well as a video of them performing at House of Blues Anaheim in 2012.
