Trap Them’s Blissfucker is Coming in June

We asked Trap Them vocalist Ryan McKenney what his definition of success was when we interviewed him in 2011. “For me personally,” he said, “[success is] to be able to take care of my wife and dog.” Looks like he’ll be able to up the grade of his puppy chow with this one — as Trap Them are prepping to release a highly anticipated follow up to 2011’s Darker Handcraft.

The forthcoming album is called Blissfucker. It was recorded with longtime collaborator Kurt Ballou (Converge, Skeletonwitch) and will be released everywhere on June 10th through Prosthetic.

Looking to catch the band on the road? They just announced three summer festival performances — in June at Denmark’s Copenhell  and two July dates in Boston, where the’ll be playing with Converge at the inaugural Deathwish Festival.
