Watch Cave In Members Play a Semi-Acoustic Version of “Youth Overrided”

Did you know Cave In got to fly on Dave Grohl’s private jet once? When we interviewed Stephen Brodsky and Adam McGrath several years ago they told us about the flyer miles they accumulated while going over the English Channel —  “Lots of champagne, rolling on the floor, listening to Tom Petty and the Cars,” Brodsky said.

During the interview the band talked in depth about the ups and downs experienced with their 2003 major label debut Antenna, and the hardships they went through on RCA. And while it may not be the band’s favorite record, we sure have a soft spot for it.

Last night Brodsky and McGrath played a semi-acoustic version of “Youth Overrided” at O’Brien’s Pub in Allston, MA, the eighth track off Antenna. Here’s some footage of it.
