Jona Weinhofen on Quitting Bring Me The Horizon: ‘Things in the Band Have Been Very Tense’

Ex-Bring Me The Horizon guitarist Jona Weinhofen released a statement regarding his departure from the band.

“After a lot of time and thought I’ve decided to leave my current position as guitarist with Bring Me The Horizon. Things in the band have been very tense with a lot of disagreements between myself and certain members who I wont name.”

“I’m thankful for my time with BMTH and i have met many good friends and been able to travel the world more.”

Weinhofen says he plans to move back to Australia to pursue other musical ventures. His other band I Killed the Prom Queen is expected to release a new album this year.
